I translate from Norwegian into English. The latter is my mother tongue, though I speak Norwegian fluently after living and working in Norway for more than 15 years. I translate to both British English and American English, depending on the customer's wishes. Often I strike an international tone, but there's no evading the need to choose an English variant.
