About GibbsTranslation, editorial services, journalism – I am passionate about all three and hold memberships in both the Association of Government Authorized Translators in Norway and the American Society of Journalists and Authors in the United States.
From Scandinavia I have written frequently for The New York Times, Time Magazine, Scanorama Magazine and other publications. For two years I covered the Norwegian economy and international relations as a correspondent for Thomson Reuters, the British-Canadian news agency. I was born in the United States and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. For 10 years I reported and edited for the daily San Francisco Examiner (Hearst Corp.). |
